Ordered through the drive thru they told me to pull forward because they were making fresh fries. Not even a full minute after pulling forward the young lady brought me my food. I grabbed a fry they were ice cold and tasted disgusting. Not to mention I ordered a large fry and the box wasn’t even halfway full. The buns on the beef and cheddars weren’t even toasted like they were supposed to be and the were so slopped together the sandwiches all needed to be eaten with a fork not to mention the meat was cold enough it felt like it came straight from the fridge. I quickly remembered why I stopped frequenting this particular arbys after receiving my order. Utterly disappointed in the work ethic and quality of food the kids in there are willing to hand out. Lol so i've never been to this establishment before, I ordered I double. Unbeknownst to me that it's basically a huge roast beef with a ton of what appears to be velveeta cheese. Personally I don't really enjoy this much liquid cheese on a sandwich. I initially thought I was getting a double cheeseburger lol. Heads up I didn't see any cheeseburgers on the menu.....Arby's Go Meat!!!! Lmfao Overall it was a nice place and the service was friendly and it didn't take much time to get the food. Also I suggest you try the sauces they've got by the fountain drinks.....delicious. I also enjoyed that you can ring a bell on the way out as a compliment for there great service, being a kid at heart even if I didn't like the service I'm still ringing that bell LOL Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Service has always been amazing to me. I don't care what these people write in these reviews. I read them and very much disagree with the poor reviews. Food is always good and hot and carefully rereading the order to ensure my order is correct. They're always so nice and will do anything to make sure you get the service you deserve. Props to the general manager, Zoey! She's absolutely amazing and so sweet! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Zoey Is an amazing general manager....she was laughing with her co workers and u could tell they where having fun. My food came out hot and was prepared amazing.
