Applebee's is pretty near Boot Hill Museum. Perfectly cooked bacon, sirloins and salmon will impress you at the first bite. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters offer delicious bourbon, beer or wine. Guests don't highly appreciate flija and lemonade at this bar. Food delivery is a big advantage of Applebee's. Many reviewers find that the staff is friendly here. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. You will like attractive prices. Expect the calm atmosphere at this spot. But google users rated this bar and it didn't gain a high rating.

Service was great. Our waitress was very sweet. Most of our food didn't come as ordered and was less than stellar. Manager Joe came and took care of everything above expectations, even though I planned to pay for the dishes that were good. Try the bread sticks with Alfredo sauce!! To die for!! Was just one of those nights. Will go back and try again. Appreciate the manager's professionalism and kindness. I take it Dodge has no standards for management and customer service? 1.) I sat at my table for 30 minutes, didn’t see a server. After we finally met our server it took her 15 more minutes to get our drinks. I thought Managers were supposed to check on tables on top of the servers all I saw the tall guy manager who holds himself on some throne who thinks he’s invisible outside on his phone during a dinner rush? Then he proceeded to ignore me signaling him I knew he saw me cause we locked eyes and he held up a finger to show 1 min. That minute turned into 20 and he didn’t even come back until after our food (which didn’t have any silverware) was delivered. My steak was raw, he didn’t seem to care. My fries were soggy and cold. $20 for that? I might as well have gone to McDonalds for that type of service. I just wanna know who in their right mind would let this “manager” run a shift by himself on a Friday night. 2 years ago the service was amazing and I definitely know he wasn’t there so maybe that’s why this place seems to go downhill. I would give you his name but he doesn’t wear a name badge probably to avoid the consequences of poor management. Definitely won’t be back to this location if he’s still there. Sad they make anyone managers. He was a tall guy with black short hair. Someone from home office should really monitor his shifts since clearly the GM doesn’t. I will never be back to this sorry excuse of a restaurant. Derek (manager) was so unprofessional, when I brought up that I hadn’t received my alcoholic drinks he just shrugged it off. The wings didn’t have any sauce, the fries were cold. To top it off when my fiance and I left we saw him doing what looked like a drug deal in the back (you know where someone takes something outta their pocket and hands it to someone then casually goes back in) I’d get cameras near your dumpster area cause that’s exactly where I witnessed it! Shocking, we in Kansaa for 3 years, visited Applebee's in Dodge 3 times a month, as service goes down, cut down to once a month, now 3 months but this was our last visit. 1. My wife's Pepsi, chipped and dirty glass. 2. Her steak and shrimp, steak overcooked, she wanted medium, only broccoli no mash, we had to ask for mash, that came when she was nearly done...Steak was not bad but neither fresh, bloody smell. My meal was a rib platter, I use to love it, 2 very small peaces of Rib, and 2 off cuts bone, I was shocked, the nice portions is gone, marinated only one side, fries was warm up not freshly made. My coffee was good. 3.i orderd breadsticks, got mozzarella sticks, I said okay, will pay for it, got the bread sticks, was the best of a bad day.. 4. This place will not disappoint the local clientele along with the weary traveler. We were the latter, driving into Dodge City after a long 10 hour hard drive. We rolled into town 30 minutes to their closing time, debated for 10 minutes if we could really be "those people" - you know the people who don't understand walking into a restaurant on a Tuesday night 20 minutes to close and order our hearts desire, which at thT moment was stiff drinks and hot food. We decided to be "those people" and we were greeted by a smiling manager /host (Derrick) and sat at the bat where Amber waited on us with the care and attention that instantly made us feel at home. However, we ordered quickly because let's face it if your going to be "those people" get real and know these people have a job to promptly close down the restaurant. Despite this being the situation multiple staff came by to ask how we were, how our food and drinks were and were interested to hear about our travels. We swapped stories as I drank a perfect martini and delicious nachos and beer pretzels - the perfect ending to a long day. These people will treat you and serve you well!
