Great burgers and Brioche roll all the fixings. Delicious waitress Molly was fantastic. I should have spoken up. I order a baked potato 🥔 and got French Fries. The fries were seasoned and they were not warm to hot. It was good but the temperature could have been a little warmer. Otherwise I will definitely be back reasonable prices Bacon 🥓 cheese burger was outstanding. Keep up the great work highly recommend. The kitchen is open late (until like 11:30+ pm) which is very nice. Nothing else around there has food that late. Is the food a 10 out of 10, no, but at that hour it is very good food. Went here last night. Paid with the computer payment thing on the table and was declined first and then accepted the second time I tried to pay. Checked my account and I was billed twice. A total of 154 dollars for a 67$ meal. I immediately asked the very nice waitress for some help and was told it was an “authorization” that would be off my card by morning. Still not off of course and the half baked customer service rep had no answer for me. Applebees basically went in my wallet and stole 77$ dollars. I am still waiting. On vacation from the UK and stopped by after shopping with relatives. They all devoured their meals and drinks. Had a lovely time late evening as the place was quite empty (on a 6 our server Thomas was energetic, polite, and helpful in every way. I had the peach martini, which I highly recommend! Salted or sugared, or any of their various flavours, will not disappoint. My food, blackened chicken, and shrimp was fairly salty, but Thomas was understanding and promptly had the dish remade with less seasoning to ease the salt content. It was 1000 times better for me and delicious. Plus, the peach margarita recommendation sealed the deal. Can always count on an Applebee's for a quick drink & meal. The host, wait staff and bartenders are super kind and lovely at this Applebee's. I truly love to come here, have a great drink and tasty food! Asian chili wings are great and the chicken and shrimp. not the greatest experience, the servers take their time to attend to you. Especially if it’s super busy depending on your location., Don’t come here on a lunch break or in a rush. Dollaritas made a huge comeback, but they are not the greatest…. get what you pay for! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! If you are looking for friendly hosts and a helpful manager this is not the location to come to. I walked into this restaurant last night around 12:20 and they close at 1 I only wanted 1 margarita however I knew it was late so I asked the host if I would even be able to get one if not I’d leave she assured me that it was no problem and sat me down immediately at the sight of me the bartender rolls her eyes and mumbled under her breath when the server came to get my order she notices that I am visiting out of state and my ID doesn’t look familiar without asking she snatched my I’d and bring it to the back when she comes back she is with her manager who is now telling me that he can not sell to me because my ID was issued before I turned 21 despite the fact that it was not expired and I had a second form of ID he still refused to sell to me. I just wish that the employees were honest with me to begin with if they were tired and could not be bothered with doing their job. I sell alcohol at my job and the managers reason was completely made up and if he had the suspicion that I was a minor trying to get alcohol with a fake ID proper precautions should have been taken like an age statement form being filed.
