While curbside staff is amazing and so are the waitresses here, I honestly prefer the restaurant in Grand Haven and will drive when I can. This specific restaurant in Muskegon is unfortunately is ill managed at times (the manager can be very rude) and I have several issues when I order.The food is usually cold, especially fries. We stopped in on a lunch outing with our daughter and had Terry as a server. He was fantastic and our order was perfect. It came out hot and fresh. The waitress was very attentive to the people of color around us. We had to wait long for all you can eat food while they constantly was able to get their food refills on all you can eat. Then she took one of our cups for a drink refill and never returned. It's obvious we weren't very welcome there.
