We ordered food but it never came we order appetizers ate them still no food waiter came and ask did we order an hour we waited finally after telling him we ordered he said he get on it, we was there over hour still no food no drink refill we ask for check for appetizers and he said no it’s on house since we never got to eat. He did said there was only one cook and a lot of waiters place was full so I don’t know why me and granddaughter was forgotten. I went to this place last night; 20 min wait time they said... unfortunately it was 60 minutes. I would not go back if I were starving for sure. We waited almost another 20 minutes for someone to come and ask if wanted something else... Food and dessert were good though. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

First I want to say the food was great. The service however was the worst! I stood forever waiting for my order that was way past my pick up time. Finally got my food then got a call they forgot to put the steak in, the person said they would bring it out, they never came. I went in and was told they are finishing it up. So apparently they hadn't even cooked it yet..I understand they had a big order prior to but your small orders should be important also. And you kept calling my order a DoorDash which I said 4 times It was not Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am sad to have to give a low review on a place me and my wife love to go to so much we want there about a month ago and the server started charging us extra for chocolate milk for my daughter the kids menu says free refills on chocolate milk it's printed right on the kids menu. We got bad serve from the start tell the end I hate to complain because we been coming here so long. Last week we come back and left a large tip the server did great Apple Bees ran you full charge of the bill and tip and then put a hold of the tip amount and left it pending for over I week . when I called they told me other people have complained about this temporary double tip charge and it's just something there card runner company does. If a company is not willing to change and its passing customers off change company's what's more important a card company you can change or customers that when you loss us we are gone think about it. Don't eat there! We order steaks, you couldn't saw a bit off. When complaining about how tough steaks was. , they offered to bring another steak but the waiter on came back after 30 minutes. It was time to leave. Never offered to refund any money $60.00 in the trash. Food was great as always. The service was perfect, and the atmosphere yesterday for Veterans was inspiring. They even put a flag up and had a vet lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance. We ordered a pickup to go order. The food was very good and there was so much we had enough leftovers for dinner the next day! We ordered the two for $20.00 Fiesta Lime Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! It was a great deal. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5

Not exceptional but not too terrible. If you have a few hours to kill and don't mind paying out for the food you could make at home but don't want to put the effort into making at home this is definitely the place to wait and watch all other plans for the evening to die. Very sad used to love this place likely will not be returning anytime in the near future.
