We called to make reservations and were told to just come in. We get to the location and stand in the waiting area for almost 15 minutes, no one to greet us. Another group had walked out, and 2 additional groups had walked in behind us. You would think a crowd of people standing and waiting would get someone’s attention. Eventually becoming frustrated I asked a waitress if anyone worked there. She replied I don’t know laughingly. I watched her go to a table next to the hostess station to get the attention of the hostess who was playing on her phone and oblivious. She approached, and without apology tells us it’ll be 40 minutes. The entire lobby turned around and left. We are now enjoying a meal at Osaka. We’ll stick to the Applebees on Lebanon Church Road, where employees work. Service Dine in Service: 1

My dietary limitations keep me from eating there, so I joined friends for a drink or two, can the drinks were reasonably priced. The place is nice, but way too many TV screens, and those awful tablet things on the table... I get that all Applebee's or like this, but why? Meal time should not be about consuming advertisements, mealtime should be about food and people. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
Went when it was a little less busy, enjoyed a nice atmosphere, good service and a good meal. Prices were about $14 a plate. Three cheese chicken penne was a yummy meal, but the best was the beer cheese for thr soft Pretzel twists, mmm mmm good. The food was good and the staff was very polite and happy to help. The AC was freezing. The concept of getting your refills brought by staff kind of made the eating experience a bit more stressful, since you had to adjust your tempo to the frequency of the waitress checking on your table. All in all a nice place though. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We went after the lunch crowd and there were 2 other tables only. Hostess seated us right away and waitress came to take our drink order. She took our meal order and the food took a long time to come out. When it did, she never returned for awhile. We needed napkins and water refills. I went to the corner of the bar and got the napkins myself. I had a water bottle in my purse and used that over the ice. She was at the employee round table with 2 other employees eating. When she did come to our table, she just asked if we wanted the check. I said no, we would like a dessert. She brought it out with no napkins again. Very poor customer service. She did see it in her tip. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The boneless wings were good. The neighborhood double burger was awful. Looks like they used a slider size patty on top of a shrunken patty on a full size bun. The "extra" pickle on it was a single pickle sliver about the size of my finger tip. The chicken Alfredo penne leaked everywhere in the plastic grocery style delivery bag. My kid liked the corn dog. I enjoy your monthly special cocktails and that is the reason I visit at least 3-4 times a month. This time we came in for the "All you can eat" deal. The riblets were okay, the shrimp had no taste and too much batter. The boneless chicken wings were the best but the sauces could have been tastier. Service was by far the best! We went on a busy Saturday night and sat at the bar. The bartenders were good. We tried The Dracula Juice. It was ok. I liked the red sangria better, but that's just me. The food was delicious but took a while to get out. The couple next to us was a lot of fun, and we stayed about 20 minutes longer than originally planned. All in all, a good experience. This is the least busy Applebee’s we’ve ever been to. We’ve come here twice, the second time on a Saturday night, and it was maybe half full. My girlfriend got the sunset mana rita and liked it a lot, like a lot a lot, like she got two. We ordered the appetizer combo and the loaded cheese waffle fries. Let me tell you - those fries do NOT disappoint. The food arrived probably less than 10mins after we ordered it. It was literally one appetizer and an appetizer combo but honestly it looked and kind of felt like 2+ meals worth of food. We had Sky as our server. She seemed a little new but she did a really good job!
