Arrived Thursday evening about 8pm. One entrance door was locked. Was seated immediately and a waitress came about 7 minutes late. Placed our order between 8:20 and 8:45. Waitress came to table about 9:05 and said there was a glitch in the kitchen and servers had to shout out orders. Our food arrived about 9:20 and had to be sent back because it was not cooked correctly(1 steak well done no pink, the other medium well with a little pink). She took our food back to be cooked correctly, however when she brought it back we decided to take it home which was about 9:40pm by then. When I cut my steak at home it was still pink so I cooked it in the microwave. The waitress apologized for the delay but it seems whenever I come to your establishment there is always something happening to cause a delay in service. Today my husband and I decided to eat at this restaurant. Upon entry we were informed that the wait time is 45mins-1hr. We decided to stay. After waiting 50 minutes to be seated the waitress was ready to take our order before we could open the menu. We was not offered any water. I ordered the crunchy shrimp, my husband ordered the full slab of ribs. We ordered drinks as well. It took 35 mins for the drinks. After 45 mins the waitress came out and said they do not have any ribs, therefore he ordered the 2 for $25.00 meals. Across from us was a party of 12. They came in after us and got their food before us. Finally my husband's food was brought out, but not mine. After waiting 50 minutes after my husband was finished eating the waitress asked me how was my food. I told her that I never got my food. She went to check and my order was given to the party of 12 by mistake. This whole experience was a total disaster and I would advice people to go somewhere else for better treatment. Everything horrible. Took forever to be seated . Took 30 minutes for me to even get my drinks. Waitress wasn’t speaking loud and clear. The food was taking so long I was about ready to walk out . When the food came it was disgusting. I took one bite and couldn’t even finish it. The waitress is lucky I had money left over on the gift card after paying for my dinner or she wouldn’t have gotten a tip at all. I’ve never been so disappointed in a restaurant or server where I wouldn’t leave a tip. We always take care of our waitresses and leave a generous tip but seriously the service is trash. Got my order wrong, didn't find out until I got home. Try calling several times, no one will answer the phone. My order was $46.83 and the manager (African American female) cash me out... waiting 25 to 30 minutes to find out my order was wrong. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and let me say that it was a pleasure and honor to done out at this location. The manager name Angela was very good at what she does. My wife and I came into to dine with 4 to 5 other customers waiting to be seated. Angela did a fantastic job at getting us all seated when we first was told that we would have to wait 30 minutes. I love that she put her customers first by provide great service, and from what I can see everyone that got seated was very please with the customer service Angela provided.

This was one of awful service you can get!!! My sisters and I came in was told we had a 30 minute wait time. Gave the clerk our name and ask if we can sit at the bar until our name was called! We order drink bar tender was awesome paid him because we didn’t want to miss our seating. Time went by one hour and we asked persistent when we will get seated? She said in a few minutes so we waited patiently and ask after 30 minutes , the young lady said my name wasn’t in the computer!!! What we sat here and can’t find our name? The floor manager came and found my name!! No one said we were sorry no kind of apology was given. We tip the bar tender order over$60 of drinks $ 30 tip and we receive nothing but bad service!!! This was at3pm left at 430 ! 1/28/24! I will not recommend anyone to come here terrible service we came there to celebrate deceased brother birthday!!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Service: 1
