In the heart of our bustling city stands a remarkable establishment that transcends the conventional coffee shop model, 33 and ELM. This extraordinary locale is not merely a place to grab an exceptional cup of coffee; it embodies the epitome of customer service, community support, and quality that far exceeds what one might find at any big-chain café.
From the moment one steps into 33 and ELM, the warmth and genuine care of the staff are palpable. The customer service here is not just good; it's astounding. The team at 33 and ELM makes every visit memorable, ensuring that each customer feels valued and appreciated. The coffee shop's efforts to integrate and uplift visually impaired individuals, coupled with their support for the military, exemplify a business model that prioritizes social responsibility and community support.
And let's not forget the coffee itself. The quality of their beverages is so exceptional that capturing a photo before diving in becomes an afterthought. Each visit leaves you planning the next, eager to experience once more the delightful ambiance and exquisite flavors that 33 and ELM offers.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place seems to be a real gem! The people working here are so friendly and welcoming. They walked me through the menu as I was a first-time customer from 30 minutes away. I also tend to order the same drink at new coffee shops and their version of an oat milk honey latte was delicious. Very reasonably priced - even had a seasonal discount for students/faculty of different NC universities. Good atmosphere helped me to get a lot of school work done. Wonderful cause for the blind/visually impaired.
Stopping by here was an excellent experience across the board! Will have to find a reason to visit the area again!
