My son and I stopped in for breakfast one morning while we were in Conroe. We are so glad we did! We were warmly greeted in this cafe that was very busy during breakfast and the staff showed us to the last little table for 2 and were immediately offered coffee and menus. The menu has something for everyone. Plates that passed by our table all looked so good with very generous portions. If you are in or near Conroe, stop in at 105 Cafe. So worth it. Great service! My friend and I saw the cafe while driving and figured we’d pop in to see what it was like. The owner, Tom, had assisted with making sure we got taken care of even though we had a time crunch. Within seconds our waitress had taken our order and shortly thereafter our food was ready. Definitely a great spot to check out in the Greater Houston area and specifically Conroe if you’re wanting a wonderful start to your morning! Upon entering 105 Cafe, I knew I was in the right place for breakfast. I was seated and served coffee immediately. I ordered a basic breakfast that tasted wonderful and served promptly with a smile. My eggs were cooked just as I ordered them. My ham was perfect. The grits were just right. And the coffee tasted good and gave me my much needed caffeine fix for the morning. So I moved from the Houston City to Le Magnolia, and this place was highly recommended by my neighbors… Believe me, you want to get there early, it’s super packed, why? Food is absolutely the best country take me home down memory lane you will ever have!! No I’m not exaggerating, it really is that great! My kids love this place as well. It is old school, like back back in the days, it is just a really great place! The staff is really nice, friendly, and attentive! We were looking for a local breakfast place and this fit the bill. The parking lot was crowded but we had no problem getting a seat (8AM Tue). We ordered a ham & Swiss omelette and the farmer skillet. Both were hot & tasty and a good size. We were both full when we finished. Service was friendly and prompt. Thanks for a good meal! First time here. It was recommended by my mom. Got the hamburger and fries. The burger was delicious, could of used a bit of salt but it was great and fresh.
