Love this place. Wish I could transport it to where we live. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their pastries options are great. Coffee was really good. Unexpected for the size town it is. Exploring coffee shops since our move to Joplin, and this one stands out as our favorite. The repurposed gas station ambiance, with its white brick walls and black leather seating, creates a unique and inviting space. More importantly, the coffee is a standout – the eggnog chai latte and the deliciously flaky croissants make it a top choice. Delightful conversation and even better coffee. I'm not local to Joplin, but if I were you could find me at ZINC every week. If you want good service, apparently you need to go to the drive-thru. We stood stood inside for 5 minutes before we could order, and then we sat there another 20 minutes waiting for our coffee order. I finally asked for my coffee because I'm thirsty, which I really was, then it only took 2 minutes to get it. All of the people in the drive-thru kept going thru and going thru and going thru. There were only two people working in the kitchen area. So it is understandable on a busy Saturday morning that they might get behind.
