I don't think I received such wonderful service before, especially in a drive through. I think the person I spoke to was named Ms. Stacy, she was amazing. By far my favorite coffee spot. 1st time ordering, they forgot all the salsas, seems like almost all the food was microwaved. Burritos had some flavor. Not bad for quick and go, not the right spot for a good breakfast. Their coffee is always fantastic. And usually their customer service is too. Unfortunately, today I think the crew was working WAY too fast-- they missed that one of the drinks on our mobile order was blended, and then we received the wrong blended drink. When I went to the pedestrian window, the customer service rep immediately ran to the bar to try and make things right but IMMEDIATELY started making it wrong because he didn't stop to get details from me first. I think if the crew could just slow down and double check before they create their delicious coffee, accuracy would improve.
