Zaxby’s is one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten at. I ordered the six piece buffalo wing bone in with fries and toast. The wings felt like I was biting into a carcass. They were old, dry and horrible., The buffalo sauce looked fake and was not hot at all. French fries were so salty over seasoned with Lawrys or whatever you use, and the toast was only toasted on one side. The only thing that was good there was the root beer. Two. Thumbs down and a complete bust. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t know why I continue to come here, nor do I understand how they are still open as slow as they are and how they are never busy. Every time I get the same thing which is a Big Zax Snack. Other times I get fried pickles with it. But every time I have to pull up or in a parking spot and sit for 10 minutes for my food. Tonight I sat for 15 minutes to the point where I had to go inside to get my food. The employees forgot about me. I should’ve been refunded. One meal should never take that long to make, especially when this store is never busy. This place needs to do better or sell it and put in a place that can keep up. Food is good but it’s hard to enjoy a meal when chaos is surrounding you. One girl behind the counter was acting in such a manner that you would imagine she was in the comfort of her own home. Yelling and being super LOUD! Not the typical behavior I’m use to seeing at establishments here in Mustang. Just down right disrespectful behavior. Kimberly (or Riley- what ever her name is… Kimberly’s name is on the receipt 5/9/23 @8:40 who ever was running the register) acts like she HATES her job and the customers are a nuisance. I heard her talking to her coworkers friendly, so I know it’s in her to be decent. Why is there no ketchup out for the customers? I have to keep returning to the counter for unwelcoming assistance!!! Thank God I can get my own drink! No wonder there are no more locations open. Oh and 2 minutes after 9 here is a picture of your restaurant while we were finishing up and about to leave. I went out to my car to finish my dinner. Got tired of hearing snide remarks about closing. Clearly your employees do not value their job and have no fear of repercussions. Update: no one in the restaurant, waited 20 minutes for food. Had 6 employees working. Good quality food a bit on the high side for prices but it’s good.
