Ordered their Zensation salad and cheddar bites. Both tasted good, but... severing sizes for the price were very disappointing. For just a little more, a much better salad can be had at Applebee's, with a size a good bit larger. The Zensation salad was right at $11.00. The cheddar bites were right at $5.00... and the serving size was rather pathetic. See the photos for serving sizes. Take note of the size of their "spring roll" for reference to the size of the salad... and it's not that the spring roll was large. Lastly, Zaxby's should teach their employees to welcome a customer when they approach the register to order... and likewise, they should teach them to say thank you too. Just came through and got our drinks with no straws and had to pull up to wait on the food. When she brought it out we asked for straws and she said they we're "currently out of straws". We looked into the dining room and everyone had straws so my husband went in to get them and couldn't find the woman to tell her to stop lying just so she doesn't have to walk in and out of the store when she really needs the exercise anyways. If the "manager" or who ever it was would have actually tried to use my gift card instead of telling me I'm running up her time in the drive thru... It would have been a different story. But no. I don't recommend you eat at the Thomasville on until they get their inspection rating score up. My recommendation is go order from the Archdale store. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
