My girlfriend and I stopped on my back to Washington, DC. The boned in wings and chicken fingers along with french fries and Texas toast was very piping hot as well as tasty and delicious to the palate. I highly recommend them for your craving for chicken! We don't have any Zaxby's near us in the northeast, so we had to try it once on the way back from Florida. This was a great decision as it is now my favorite fast food place due to their decadent garlic bread and excellent chicken sandwiches! Just wow!! Had to go in to pick up my online order from the very exposed shelf where anyone could just grab your food. So I grabbed what had MY name on it only bag there, get my drinks and go to the car where I check the food. To no surprise am missing a whole meal. I bring the whole bag back into zaxbys to ask where my other meal was, obviously wasnt in the very full bag. Then the whole front crew acted like it's my fault they didnt give me my meal. What a joke. Had to wait for them to make another meal cause it's the grill guys fault they bagged it wrong too?? Was a very unpleasant awful experience my family will never go back to Zaxbys in Manning SC. Very rude staff no hospitality going on there. Great experience! Patricia deserves to be commended ... she visited her guests and made sure everything was ship shape. We felt very appreciated as guests. We ordered the house salad and fried mushrooms and there was plenty of food for both of us. Ingredients were fresh. Presentation was awesome. Service was speedy and friendly. Cudos to Patricia!

Great little family friendly chicken eatery. Fast service and decent fried chicken in the form of various configurations of chicken fingers. And that's the strength of this eatery and also it's weakness. If you want real fried chicken on a bone you best go elsewhere, or most anything else you might want to eat that isn't in the form of children fingers. Having said that the lunch I has was very good consisting of 6 high quality white meat chicken fingers with some excellent french fries, a piece of delicious Texas Toast, two packets of special Zaxby's sauce and a huge "medium" drink with re-fills. This would make for a nice $10.00 dinner repast let alone a mid day lunch. So I see great value here in terms of quality and affordability served in an inviting restaurant vib with solid tables and chairs. The eating atmosphere was very good with attention payed to pertinent wall hung memorabilia to draw the attention of a curious mind while enjoying some fine chicken bites. All in all I really am glad I had the Zaxby experience and would do it again should the opportunity present itself.

I have a new "favorite" meal deal at Zaxby's. For under $6, including tax, I got a delicious Chicken Salad sandwich, no-salt onion rings as a substitute for french fries, and a small drink. The chicken salad was delicious and there was a good amount of it in the sandwich. The sandwich included so much lettuce that my first bite was solid lettuce. Next time, I might ask them to substitute extra tomato for the lettuce on my next visit. I finally figured out how to use the drink app on my phone, so I was able to design some "Designer Drinks" -- what we used to call "Suicides" when I was younger. If you want to try to do the same thing, either download the app in advance, or scan the special code on the machine which will they trigger your phone to download the app. I could never get the app to work when I tried to get it to work with my Facebook identity, but when I logged on with e-mail, the app suddenly worked properly. Good luck with the app, and do try their Chicken Salad sandwich. It is worth a visit. Another interesting treat are their French Fried Pickles, shown here with one of their snack size sandwiches.
