They have no procedure in place for waiting customers. Menu is too large. Dining room is too loud; it's impossible to hold a conversation. The bill lists suggests tips of 20%, 25%, 30%, and 35%. Really? I paid cash; I placed three 20s for a $44 bill; the waiter actually asked if I wanted change. Yes, I want my change. I will decide how much, if any, tip you get. I tried to place an order online for the orange chicken lunch special. It turns out they locked out their online ordering. I called instead and placed my order for pickup. I'm a little disappointed by the false pricing advertised on their website versus what they charge you in the restaurant. It states $10.50 for the orange chicken lunch special on their website for Wheeling but they charged $11.50, which is a bit steep in my opinion for a lunch special. Anyhow, moving onto the food quality. I asked for extra spicy and there was no hint of spice whatsoever. I had exactly one pepper in the entire dish. The rice tasted a tad bit stale, as there was some dry hard pieces. The chicken itself was also leaning on the dry side. That is my first time ordering from them, so not sure if it's an off day or not. Either way, I might give this place one more try before completely writing this place off. I've been to the Schaumburg location in prior years and remembered it being decent at that location. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 4
