Their truck came to Scorched Earth. Was kinda surprise pulling up. And a great surprise. We had both the sausage and pepperoni pizzas. And what goes better with a great micro craft beer than a wood-fired pizza? Pretty much nothing else. We'll be heading to their brick and mortar store soon. I was really hoping to like this place. Found it very difficult to order. And all I was getting was one pizza. When I said I wanted sausage on it… somehow we had to start over. Had to spell my last name 3 times… not a hard name… but they still had it totally wrong. The pizza was dry and flavorless… the ingredients seemed cheap and minimal. This place is perfect. 100% worthy of a destination trip. It has a great story and even better dough. The best Italian food is in America. Nobody can name three better pizzas than Your Sister’s Tomato. By extension this is better than anything you could eat in Italy.
