YOSO – Fine Asian Restaurant in Andernach is an absolute gem. With a Michelin star rating, it has earned its place as one of the top restaurants in the region. The interior design is modern and stylish, with special attention given to the cutlery. The five course set menu was truly a culinary experience of the Far East. Every dish was well presented and the combination of sweet and salty, soft and crunchy flavors left us smiling. The wine pairing was impressive and well chosen. The service team was efficient and friendly, creating an unpretentious atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The price was very fair for the quality and innovation presented. The chef Sarah Henke plays with aromas and creates a symphony of flavor. The duck breast with edamame was particularly delicious. This is definitely a restaurant worth visiting and returning to.
