One of the best restaurants in Kharkiv ✨ great food 🥘 nice indoor and outdoor seating area ✨ great service ✨ friendly staff and they speak English 🤍 but it’s a little bit pricey 😕

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great. The food is even better, I personally tried the 4 cheeses burger and I would recommend it to anyone who likes burgers in general. The staff was easily the best part, they are friendly, fast to respond, very respectful and they bring in everything you ask for as soon as you ask for it, the service is fast, accurate, menus are available in Russian and English. I loved the experience here from food to atmosphere to staff and I would definetly come back again as soon as I can.

The place was suggested by many people because of the good meal. One day decided to come for breakfast. I couldn’t say that it was bad, but not good either. Medium steak turned to be well done, salad was not fresh etc. I would give this place one more try, hope that next time I’ll like it more. In general service is excellent, price is higher than average

I was a bit intimated walking past Jord because the place was full of very stylish people, has a very snobbish exterior and seemed a bit pretentious. I was looking for something casual. Next day, despite my hesitations, I walked in. And did I discover a true gem of a place. I made a remark to the waitress that I would have liked to see more Ukrainian wines on the list. That started one of the most pleasant conversations and meals I have so craved through the pandemic . The waitress took complete ownership - not only of the restaurant , but of the city. She took it upon herself to make sure I had a wonderful meal. Such pride in work and empathy for the client is hallmark of great culture of a business . She and her colleagues suggested other bars to me with good local wines and then selected an organic red and food to go with it. They gauged my mood through a patient conversation about weather , heat , their city, their knowledge of wines. It's just the kind of human touch we need to get through this pandemic. The wine they selected for me was exquisite. The food, just perfect. I will return to Kharkiv just to dine at Jord.

High quality food, with fantastic staff. I ate here multiple times for both breakfast and dinner during my stay in Kharkiv. Healthy and fresh options, and sitting outside on a summer morning is very enjoyable. Breakfast consists of a large range of coffee options, smoothies and multiple hot / cold food options, poke bowls available at lunch and interesting options for diner available, the lemon cheesecake is next level! Highly recommend.

I rarely come to the same place twice when I am visiting a new city so visiting this restaurant three times in five days speaks volumes 😁 I totally love the place. The decor is modern and cozy, the staff is amazing, very friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious! Everything we tried was awesome. The overall ambiance is warm and relaxing. This is my favorite place in Kharkiv!

I’m very proud that Jord is in Kharkiv. I organized a business meeting/dinner here a couple of weeks ago for 30 people and everyone at Jord was very accommodating. They even had rental services for a projector and screen inside the restaurant so that we could have a presentation! The management here is very understanding and flexible and they will go to great lengths to meet your needs, something that is seriously lacking in the Ukrainian food and hospitality industries. Jord really lives up to its European and international standards. They understand their audience and aim to exceed expectations - another complete rarity. During our meeting and dinner, our semi-private table and room turned out to be perfect and the waiting staff was very attentive and patient, I really applaud them and thank them for being so professional. Despite the table being quite long (something that I’m sure other restaurants would simply refuse because it means taking away other tables from the floor and turning down potential guests) we were able to talk to one another and network. We even took a break to watch the sunset across Freedom Square. It was beautiful. The vibes were amazing. Our business partners, some traveling from across Ukraine and some in Kharkiv for the first time from the US, could not stop talking about how good the food was. And the wine! Exquisite. It really showed how much Jord had prepared for our dinner, and for that I’m thankful. I cannot stop talking about how amazing Jord is. Make sure you you put Jord on your list next time you’re in Kharkiv! You won’t regret it!
