Both Mammoth Spring State Park and Riverbend Restaurant are recommended for visiting. This restaurant offers you perfectly cooked BBQ ribs, fried catfish and Bbq pork. This is my go to spot when folks are visiting from out of town. Breakfast on the patio is the best way to introduce our best feature - the river! The service is always kind, helpful and prompt. Very clean, spacious and definitely big enough for large groups. The food though is nothing special. It’s very plain and made from cheap ingredients. The prices are ok! It's actually the only place to eat for dining experience. Thankfully it did not disappoint. Our server was delightful, Mattie. There was even a cute in-house groundhog out the back porch to entertain us. I recommend the BBQ plate. They do miss the opportunity on their Stuffed bake potatoes though. They are not large enough to be offered as an entre'. But a really good side.
