The service was unacceptable. I waited almost a hour. Just for my order to be wrong and cold( while they played in the back) The cashier Alexius was so rude and unprofessional. There was a Hispanic man trying to order but he couldn’t speak English and I guess she doesn’t understand Spanish. Mid ordering she received a phone call which she proceeded to answer ON SPEAKER and starts to trash talk the guy for not speaking English. Stopped here on a layover from TX to FAY- Spec Ops NC...They have ordering kiosk and I was standing at the counter foolishly for 10 minutes until a cook told me to order on computer. They were not accepting cash so you needed a card to buy food yet there was no notice of such. Wings were semi small and of course over priced as you would expect in an airport setting. Just like you would expect from a mall food court dont expect much more at an airport other than inflated prices and short fused staff. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 3
