Decided to take lunch here, the short girl with glasses took my order and she was very polite. Once I ordered I waited less than 10mins and my food was ready, my boneless wings were nice and crispy and fries were great. My experience here was good. This store is terrible!! I decided to pick up some food on my way home. I went inside this location and waited for 20 minutes for someone to take orders since there were more than seven people in the line. After waiting so long, I asked one of the ladies if someone would take orders. She stated they were NOT taking orders anymore. They see all these people in line, and nobody even bothers to say that. I have given this Wingstop many chances every time there's an issue. Service: 1

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s been over 3 months or even longer that they have NO ICE. so when you purchase a combo you get a drink with no ice. They charge extra for simple Parmesan cheese. & when you ask for 1/2 of your money back for not satisfying the need to provide ice they say “next time don’t buy a drink”… pathetic. Worst wing stop location there is, they have NO ICE , SMALL WINGS , FOOD IS COLD. And not to mention the staff is rude. There’s a person in particular who goes by the name “Patel” and he is always at the cash register who should not be working there. Definitely not going back.
