Bartender was the rudest human in history. Had a bull ring nose just so you know who I’m talking about. Hopefully he isn’t there when you return. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
I've enjoyed this place, I think the management is doing a good job. There is some room to improve but that's with all places, really. The staff is super pleasant and the asthetic is trendy. Their whiskey menu is phenomenal and it's quickly become my go to spot for bourbon, and its nice to have the option to sit at the main bar or a smaller seperate bar viewing the whiskey. The food is tasty and feels creative, New American with some Asian influence. The wine list and cocktails are just okay, tough compentition in the area. I wish they had a website and an online menu that was up to date. It helps as a diner to be able to plan a meal, and I get excited when I see something new on the menu or a new bourbon to try. But overall, cool spot. Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Seared Ahi Tuna

The food was great but our server, Kelly, was not. Our group tried to pay with part cash and part on card, since she wouldn’t allow us to split our bill and blamed us for not telling her before then. Then she took the $20 cash, assuming it was her tip on a $70 bill instead of asking us. Then she blamed us AGAIN saying “I can’t read minds honey.” Assuming you earned a $20 tip on $70 after only talking to us twice our whole visit is ludicrous. Will not return. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Love this place never disappointed. Skip bar cart don’t waste your time come to wine down…real bartender can mix you any drink and they have flippin’ awesome food.
West Reading Restauant Week selection-well worth the visit! Modern setting for a quiet lunch or dinner with friends or loved ones, offering a nice range of dishes plus pleasing desserts. Service was excellent. Not visibly accessible for wheelchairs and darkly lit stairs at entrance are to be respected (be careful!).
Love Winedown! The frozen Rosa is a must try! Delicious freshly prepared food, robust drink selection, inviting atmosphere, and exceptional service! Make Winedown your next Penn Ave destination!
I like the opportunity to have a flight of wine to help determine which glass of red wine 🍷 I want to enjoy during the visit. I had the Blackberry & Goat Cheese Toast. It paired well with my red wine. Billy is a good host, shown in the attached picture. I received his permission to use the picture.
This was my first time here and I throughly enjoyed myself. We came during happy hour and really enjoyed the selection they had. This place is very intimate but not on a completely romantic way. Definitely a spot to visit after work. I had 2 sangrias, red & white; the red was better for me but both were good. I also had the cheesesteak egg rolls which I loved. Hot and cooked very well. My entree was the chimichurri pork tenderloins which were cooked to perfection. I would definitely order it again. My girlfriend got the bistro tenderloins which she said were good but she liked my entree better and I agreed with her lol. Both of our plates came with some green vegetables that we were unsure of what they were. They had an interesting taste that we weren’t that fond of. All in all, I can’t wait to move into my new apartment up the street and be able to walk here.
