I stopped here on a trip from San Jose California to Los Angeles. The guy at the counter excellent customer service very respectful and helpful. And their food. I got a double burger number four it is delicious and fresh. I’m definitely stopping here again. So this location is in a not so favorable part of Tulare. There are a lot of homeless people in and outside the business. With that being said, the cashier was very pleasant and the food was very good. It's just amazing how expensive it is to eat out nowadays, $30 for 2 meals.
