I've really enjoyed this bakery; been going weekly for about two months. I've tried the sesame sourdough and kalamata loaf, and they're both fantastic. The Swedish cardamom buns are too delicious, and I eat them all. The baguettes are also delicious. The service is wonderful, and I look forward to going back soon. I bought the Toasted Sesame Bread and it was still warm! The bread had a delicious flavor and a great texture. Made with Water, Organic Refined Wheat Flour,(Utah), Organic Sifted Wheat Flour, and Organic Whole Wheat Flour (Grown In Oregon, Milled In Eugene), Organic Sesame Seeds, Wild Yeast Wheat Culture, Sea Salt. This was my first time visiting Wild Yeast Bakery, and I was warmly greeted as I walked in.
