My recent visit to the Taco Bell on Ryders Lane, NJ, was met with an okay, okay level of service. The staff handled my order efficiently, but the overall experience lacked the warmth and enthusiasm that can elevate a dining experience. The dining area was clean, providing a decent environment to enjoy a quick meal. This is one of the worst fast food locations I’ve ever been too. I come here often and every single time I go the staff is rude. Cant even say have a good day or even a simple hello. Too much attitude. They also mess up my order constantly when I tell them 2 different times how to make it (it’s only to remove 2 toppings by the way).they even repeat the order and still can’t get it right. I can’t come here anymore if they’re gonna be rude and constantly get my order wrong. I would rather drive to Route 18 to a different location. I hope the other locations are nicer than this staff. I get it’s a fast food place but that doesn't mean you can just disrespect people because you hate your jobs. Worst location. The staff doesn't understand simple English. The person who was helping was so rude and did not understand anything. And then when we specifically told him to cancel one of the burger. He just canceled the whole order and refunded the money. Did not even have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience.
