Ordered 2 baconators and had to pull up and wait for them to be made. So, that should have been fresh I would think. I literally live 5-6 minutes from there. They were seriously ice cold when I got home, cheese wasn't even melted!!! This is the 4th time in a row going to this location on Russ Ave. and getting the same horrible service and food. Still kept going there AGAIN hoping it may get better. I was SO WRONG!! THE BEST PART... I ordered a Frosty as well this time. WOW, didn't think you could possibly mess that up. I was WRONG AGAIN. It's supposed to be a FROSTY, like a milkshake right??!!?? I think they gave me just chocolate milk. You could pour it out like water. NOT exaggerating at all. It got poured down the sink. Terrible service. Forgot my entire Biggie bag and the sour cream for my daughters baked potato. I called nicely and just asked for my food. They acted like I was lying until they pulled up my order. They proceeded to make me wait while MANY cars went through the line. When I finally received my food there was no lettuce, no tomato, and the tiniest sliver of bacon on my sandwich... and no sour cream for my daughter. Also everything was cold so what was I even waiting for? I called back to complain and they lied to me and and hung up on me. Someone did this on purpose out of spite... which is crazy bc I was so nice about it. I'm literally NEVER a complainer but this was terrible service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Eat there about once a week,usually order one of the 5 dollar or 6 dollar bag.Just raised the prices about 1 dollar each a few months ago.One may think that the double burger is 2 quarter patties but the patties are really no more than at most 3 ounces before cooking. Breakfast sandwiches are a value at 2 for $3.00 considering that the competition is much higher. Go for the $3.00 charm which gets you a child's frosty free for 1 year with an additional purchase. You are advised to check the contents of your take out bag to be sure everything you wanted is in there. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Don’t appreciate being stared at like I’m crazy when I’m checking to make sure the food is correct. And if my order would have been correct the past 3 times I’ve been there then I wouldn’t need to check the food now would I so don’t be yelling in the window you put chili on it cause I don’t care. Just went thru the drive thru and the lady told me she was on a timer and I only had a second to choose what I wanted to eat! Needless to say we left. If you can't wait a few seconds for me to look at a menu I will take my business elsewhere, where they have time for me and my money!! Service: 1

Other than the lady at the drive thru window swiping my card for a 15 cent sauce cup everything was great. I ordered nuggets and only got one sauce cup, I asked for another one and she said that will be 15 cent. I said ok well your machine charges 25 cents for every credit card transaction so you are actually paying 10 cents to charge me. The queso fries and the nuggets were amazing though. Order two 10 piece nuggets. Was charged for two 10 piece nuggets. I got home and realized I had two containers with 7 nuggets in each. There isn't even a 7 piece nugget on the menu. Really? Where's the other 6 nuggets? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Front register personnel could be a little friendlier like Arby's in Waynesville. Update: 5/20/2019 pulled into Wendy's drive-thru and waited almost 15 minutes. I understand people need to take breaks, but Wendy's could have a better solution on where their employees to take breaks. the guy that was running the register at the drive-thru window came outside and was smoking, and spitting on the sidewalk (front door entrance) while we were sitting in line burning fuel 🤨. Then I started thinking, will he wash his hands after smoking? Needless to say because of that, I pulled out of the line and went next door to Burger King where I got my order quickly and correctly. Update: decided to give them another chance... went there today 5/26/2023, Burgers were cold and the strawberry milkshake was melted down to near syrup. You would think, with all these negative reviews that corporate would step in by now. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
