Simple order of a Dave's double combo with a substitute of queso fries and a lemonade add on of a salad and chili for my Wife . Got home to find chili , salad and queso fries and lemonade NO DAVE'S DOUBLE. AT ALL . This has become the Norm here rather than just an oops . I came thru the drive thru today and it was extra packed but the gentleman that was taking orders was so nice and polite jalen is his name.. big hooray for good customer service.. I have been to multiple Wendy's around the country. Here at home this has got to be the worst one. Our burgers were very greasy the fries were not at all very good. Avoid it. Inside messy. Food was worse, nothing like a cold piece of chicken that was sliced in half of normal size, it was so cold the Asiago cheese didn't melt any, in fact cheese was hard and crunchy. I ordered and paid for 4 items online. They had 1 available when I arrived at the appropriate time for pickup. Had to begin a complicated online process to try to apply for my refund. I like Wendy's... but you need to stay away from this location. Vile, disgusting smell of ammonia and bleach coming from the bathrooms. The dining area was dirty and smelled. The staff there all looked like they were just pulled in off the street. We never even ordered. I felt sick just from walking in there. We had to leave. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered a veggies burger. Something I remember them having in the past and we got lettuce tomatoes picked on bread. When we tried to explain they had no clue what we were talking about. Impossible burger, black bean burger etc.

I've never NOT been able to finish my double stack.. except for today. The burger seemed to be made and under the heater for quite some time. The ketchup made the inside of the bread mushy, the outside of the bread was hard and the burger itself seemed undercooked. The service was slow and not friendly. There was a hole in the ceiling right in the middle of the restaurant. The floors were sticky and the drink area had a wet floor sign with spilled drinks all over it. The bathroom also seemed unclean. Better option near by so I would avoid this Wendy's altogether.
