Came on Thursday evening at 745pm. Door was locked. Only drive thru open. There were 2 customers inside sitting at a table. Absolutely ridiculous to have doors locked when your hours clearly state that you are open until 10pm for lobby. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been there twice already by making a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time, and they didn't even start on it... and it takes them about 15 minutes to make it... the 1st time I was cool with it, but the 2nd time the dining hall was closed an hour early, and when they came outside to bring my order there was no ketchup or napkins, so I had tell them again to please bring me some! It took up to much time, & there was no way to cancel the order since it was made on the app 15 minutes prior, and no way to get a refund because it was made mobile! I love wendys. The baconaters are the best. The prices have gotten out of hand though. And the service at this location is not very nice. They dont say thank you. They are stingy with condiments. They act like its coming out of their pockets. If you buy a 15 dollar meal. One could expect they will offer more than 2 ketchups. And chili. One packet of saltines crackers. Been sitting in the drive thru and it hasn't moved in over 10 minutes. Lobby was closed a good while before 9 PM so it is forcing everyone to face the terrible drive thru experience. Massively disappointed. McDonald's, taco bell, whataburger and everywhere else nearby is way better and way faster. Update: came back here for a delivery order and I'm guessing their window time is AMAZING because they don't serve anyone there, even without a line in the drive thru they are having everyone pull up or park so they can walk the food out and it doesn't count against their times. There are 4 of us waiting on food away from the window... Service Delivery Service: 1

Saturday at 6:45 pm. Dining area closed. Drive through only. Order placed, not very busy at all. Order delivered, as we drive away the fries are sampled and are cold! Back in line we go and request fresh fries this time. No apology just attitude! The food overall was mediocre at best. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! We won't be back! Management don't waste my or your time with the please contact us to help resolve this. It's an automatic response and nothing is ever done! This location has no idea on customer service. The manager in the evenings after 5p.m. is great. He knows his job. No one ever knows how the app works. I have been two times that my app doesn't load my phone and is told it takes 24 hours. That's a lie. Because it's done correctly, it loads automatically. Patricia didn't know any English at the window and had to get a translation for help. I went yesterday at 1:58p.m. again, my points are not added to my account. The young boy is clueless. He charged me $0.25 for dipping sauce for my nuggets and said it's the computer he's not charging me. I said dipping sauce with nuggets should be free? He said not anymore it's a charge that is clearly false. I wanted to redeem my burger for $0.01 cents and bought fries and it's still on my app they didn't know how to redeem it and my points never loaded to my app since I did buy fries for $2.49 plus tax $2.70. I just need them to get some training because it's clear they need help AT that location. And I still need my points. Manager and drive-thru staff working together in an attempt to scam customers for donation money. I ordered 3 meals and woman asked if I would like to donate a dollar to Dave's Foundation. I declined. I pull up to the window and a young boy takes my debit card for the transaction. Meanwhile, I heard the customer behind me agree to the donation, and an audible cheer from staff inside the building. Cool...they must be having a competition. Didn't think too much of it. Then, the boy returns to the window and says I still owe $1.00 more and returns my card. What?? He reaffirms that I still owe $1.00 and says there must not be enough money on my card. Frazzled, I hand him another card and pull up my bank app. There is plenty of money in the account and it's weird to decline at the $1.00 mark. The kid returns to the window again and hands me a "Boo Book" along with my credit card. What's this?? He replies "OH that's a boo book for 5 free Jr frosties." ....Okay? And you said my card didn't have enough for the transaction?? "Yeah I guess thats what happened" I drive off and check the receipt. Sure enough...the first charge went through JUST FINE. They added $1.00 "BOO BOOK COUPON BOOKLET" charge and charged that to my credit card. Incredibly pissed, I go inside and demand my money back. The manager didn't seem amused as she groaned "oh just give him his dollar back." Are you kidding me, guys?! That's a fraudulent charge. Check your receipts if you've been here recently, otherwise, avoid this location at all costs 👎👎👎 Areceli and Lauren were the names on my receipt, but not sure who the boy was. We stopped at this location while we were picking up photos from Walgreens. I had a hankering for one of those strawberry lemonades and my kiddo wanted to try a frosty. She’s never had one so I decided why not? Our order was perfect! The lady handing orders at the window was so sweet and they filled my frosty up full!
