It’s always something going on prolonging my time. If it’s not the cappuccino machine getting stuck or not loaded then its the missing marshmallow if not missing marshmallow it’s the cup sleeves and they haven’t had cup sleeves for about 5 days now I’ve been using double cups! This is so irritating. Food: 4 Service: 2

The only reason I'm giving the service any stars is because the other employees were not at fault.. I had the bad luck of going when Diane was at the register. I asked if she could break a 50 and she was so nasty to me, even the guy behind me shook his head in disbelief. When I asked, after waiting there for 3 minutes while she was in the back room, she said I HAVE NO IDEA I JUST GOT HERE! So uncalled for an undeserved! Store is filthy dirty. Look up- soot, mold, stained tiles. At least 5 flies around the food. Staff is slow, too busy talking and cursing vs. working.
