This certain Wawa location on W Ashland Ave and N Macdade Blvd has great staff members that are willing to help out customers. The food wait times are very fast but I just have a problem at this certain location with the person that prepares the food behind the counter. The food comes out fast but seems rushed. My Chicken on a Biscuit had an extremely lightly cooked Biscuit with the chicken felt mushy. Almost felt like microwave chicken strips. I bought a Sausage Egg N Cheese Sizzle at 9am and it tasted old. The Folcroft Wawa is way better on food taste. It just depends on the staff that make the Wawa great. Every Wawa is set up the same. Love this wawa....always make my frozen carmal cappuccino perfect and quickly always seem to have what I need and love the employee's here 👍👌👍👌👍;);)!!!!

Found paper in my sandwich very disgusting I will never return here to this location but the cashier was extremely nice but whoever made the sandwich needs to never handle food again.

The night manager I think his name was Kyle Or could have been Kyrie refused to make a tuna wrap told him I was going to let the story manager know and he said he doesn't care he should not be working in that store he also looked dirty and was playing with his hair

This is probably one of my favorite Wawa's. The staff is always so nice and friendly. The food is prepared rather quickly and you're never waiting very long to receive your order. There is always a good selection of products too.

This used to be a great location. The all women staff were cursing and chatting with each other more than helping customers l. The cashier was not friendly and made no conversation. She looked annoyed. This place needs some order. I'd do a mass re-education on good customer service.

Five stars on the way Wawa is the best great food great drinks employees are very nice. They are keeping up with all the covid-19 guidelines. I love Wawa and thank you for all you do for the city of Philadelphia and surrounding areas do not know what I would do without you keep up the good work. I visit Wawa at least four or five times every single day of the week.

This wawa allowed two people inside without masks on. When I asked them why they were not asked to leave the store for putting others at risk, they said “well, we can’t really enforce it although they should be wearing them”. However, there’s at least 5 signs on the doors and windows indicating “MASKS REQUIRED TO ENTER”. I know Delaware county doesn’t seem to have many intelligent or respectful residents, but if you’re entering a public indoors space, with other people around you who may be susceptible or have weak immune systems, it’s the right thing to do to just put on your mask for 5 seconds while you order your expensive, sub-par hoagie. Think about other people aside from yourself for even just 2 minutes a day. And disappointed in this Wawa for not caring about its customers.

Ok, everyone knows that this is a Wawa and what that means in terms of what is available. So what is so special about this Wawa? It's not a Super Wawa and it doesn't have gas pumps yet, for me, this is my favorite Wawa location, at the corner of Ashland Ave and MacDade Blvd. The staff and management should be commended for the fast, friendly customer service that they provide. They excell in all that they do. All employees and managers have each others backs and when there is a crunch, it's all hands on deck. No matter what, the employees are jovial, helpful and friendly toward all. I stop in this Wawa location almost every day to get coffee, milk and on occasion, sandwiches or treats. If you are looking for a breakfast sandwich that isn't available on the shelf, they will make one for you. If you want to alter the regular breakfast sandwich ingredients, no problem, they will make one for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them to accomplish for a customer. The other thing I notice about this location; the customers are almost as nice as the Wawa staff. People hold doors for each other and say thank you when something has been done for them that isn't required. The customers here seem to me, to appreciate the working staff and each other. Many are "regulars". I'm sure that, through the course of the day, things aren't always smooth sailing, but it sure seems that way whenever I visit the store. I have been in other Wawa's in the area and they also do a great job but I find this particular location to be just a cut above the rest. I hope the Wawa Main Office recognizes that this is a very special location, made so buy the employees who serve here. Thank you folks who labor for my business. You make me want to shop here, that's how good you are!
