Do not order your groceries online and go to pick them up. Just like ALLL the other reviews, I waited over 2 hours past my “pick up time” and they still hadn’t even started my order. EXTREMELY disappointed! Absolutely not worth the wait!
If i could put 0 stars i would..I'm extremely disappointed in this walmart for not being educated on service dogs and saying they cant do anything if a pet is lunging and pulling at real service dogs.. they can get in A LOT of trouble for breaking the law and allowing pets into the store especially when there is a sign that says SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY. your employees arr allowed to ask if it is a service animal for a disability and EMOTIONAL SUPPORT is not a disability and any employees can ask to remove the dog.. i have contacted HR and let them know you guys are breaking federal law. My service dog that i have spent years and thousands of dollars on is not gonna lose his job because you and your employees don't want to educate your selves and do your job and kick out aggressive dogs that not only can hurt service dogs but people too. Do better 🤦‍♂️
Zero stars 30 mins in checkout line is unacceptable! Also fix your employees attitudes, you can tell they hate working here, whoever the store manager is, must be lazy, and the store is always filthy.

Time to switch grocery stores I guess. Going to switch to Fresh Market or Smith's!! I've been waiting for my curbside pickup for over two hours now. Edit: most of the items I ordered they "didn't even have", and didn't pick any of the substitutions, so I just waited 2 1/2 hours for a bag of hamburger and pet food.🤬 Also I might add, I noticed several cars around me who arrived after me, who got their groceries brought out before mine. I was trying to be understanding since they said they were understaffed and I really needed the groceries, but 2 1/2 hours later and receiving not even 20% of the groceries I ordered, I was pissed. That's uncalled for.

To begin with I love and support Walmart, my husband works for the company and we love the services that they provide, but today I ended up waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes for my groceries pickup and ended up having to cancel my whole order because I couldn’t wait any longer with my one year old baby. The only reason I waited so long was because I knew they were busy and all spots were full and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. After an hour and a half I called the number they have posted under the stall number seeing if I could get an update on when they thought they would bring my order out, they informed me that they were behind and they would get it out to me in a half and hour if I could wait that long or to cancel my order entirely. As I waited I kept seeing other people that had arrived after me get their orders so it was definitely frustrating. My husband ended up driving over and went to talk with the coaches over the pick up area and they had told him that they couldn’t even find the order even though it was in the system saying to was ready to be picked up. At that point we just canceled my order. I’m just really disappointed in the service that we got today.

They don't use self checkouts the whole time because of theft. They will open plenty of registers but don't prepare the front end to handle customers well. They open registers but don't give them a cash drawer. A woman ahead of me wanted to buy one thing and use cash, the cashier didn't have a drawer. So, she was forced to use her debit/credit card and had trouble doing that correctly, she took out her frustration on the employee. The front end manager is doing a disservice to the customers and their employees. Like my coworker says, this is the ghetto Walmart don't ever go there just drive past it and go to the Syracuse one. I agree, I usually go to the Syracuse one. Avoid the Layton one it's a dump and it's ran horribly.

Auto center was awesome. Had some trouble and the guys at the desk helped me out when they didn't have to. They went above and beyond and were cool and friendly about it. Everyone there had a great attitude and great customer service!

STAY AWAY FROM PICK UP! I've been less than impressed with the pick up service here in the past but was optimistic it will improve. Never again. We just had the worst experience at the Layton (Hill Field), Utah Supercenter. I placed an online order, and sent my daughter to pick it up. I assured her it would be a fairly quick process since she was between picking up the remains of her deceased pet and needing to get to work. She arrived at 11:31, checked in and waited 30 minutes watching people who arrived AFTER her receive their groceries. She brought the oversight to the attention of the employee and was told there was a mistake and she wasn't checked in on their end (even though she showed them the app proving she was indeed checked in) and that there were 12 people in front of her and she would have to wait. I called the store and they had me waiting another 15 minutes to speak with someone who didn't even correct the situation. He did apologize and say they were behind but my daughter was already late for work, and could not wait. I received NO notice on the app that they were behind. My groceries should have been brought out immediately when the staff was alerted to the mistake, but that did not happen. so I had to cancel the order and now wait for them to credit my debit card. There needs to be a different process in place for this. Until I'm positive this is corrected, I will be shopping elsewhere when I want to use grocery pick up.
Pick-up is absolutely terrible. Put in a pick-up order on Sunday evening, expecting to get it after work on Monday at 5. Kept getting “Your order is delayed” messages. Finally got the “Your order is ready” on Tuesday morning. Came to pick up the order on Tuesday at 5 and STILL had to wait an HOUR to get my items. A total joke. Target, Smith’s, all have stellar pick-up systems but for whatever reason, Walmart has not gotten the memo. DON’T OFFER PICK-UP IF YOU CAN’T FULFILL IT. I’m amazed at how many people have given up and left after waiting for so long. Don’t waste your time; go to Smith’s or Target and give them your money. They’ll make it worth it.
