My grocery orders either get canceled by Walmart or delivered hours late when nobody is home to get them inside so they are ruined. The auto center has no idea what they are doing. You can't ever find anyone to assist you in the store and if you do they have no answers or help.
If you are coming to get any sort of good quality collectables don't bother. There is an employee who buys them before they hit shelves. I wondered why they were always out of stock for Godzilla figures in 2021. I was told they would get shipments for the 2024 shipment on feb 2nd but when I got there as they restocked they said they sold out before they got to the shelves
I know I shouldn't expect much cause it's Walmart. But would at least think they would be respectful. Team lead keli is snarky rude and disrespectful. Then when she gets a reaction for her actions wants to threaten to trespass like Walmart is all that. Brent the manager was understanding.even apologized for the team leads actions and she stood there with a blank face he's very difficult to get a hold of. But if your cool with disrespectful people who hate their job shop here .🤣 Keli I think you need a job with less communication and where you can keep that inability to take accountability for your actions.
today I went for interview and to set up day for orientation. the lady hiring (Bailey) was respectful and straight to the point. I was in and out within 15mins.
My mother-in-law needed a lamp to replace a broken one & some other items. I tried canes for her & got a good fit, which helped her navigate easier in the store. She's too short to lean on the cart like me, & she used a square yardstick at home. The cane is much safer. We found everything we needed.
Hard to shop with online order fillers with there big carts in the way and with them filling orders the shelves get empty quicker but doesn't get replenished as fast. Would like to see this walmart open 24-7
Good store with food, you can find lots of beef and chicken. There's a lot of khakis.
But when it comes to ordering online they will often add more than what you ordered, like 2 boxes of crackers instead of 1, and when complaints are done nothing is done about it. You could see this as a kind thing for not having one other item in stock, but on the other hand, sometimes I just wonder if it is robbing us of money and making us pay more for more items, since we aren't in control of putting items in the cart.
There self checkout is ridiculous and if you're in the store at 10:00pm you have to dodge the employees stocking shelves with customers still trying to shop during store hours. I feel its very rude as the employees act as if you're in their way.
My husband and I had bought an air mattress and we lost our receipt. We needed information before we drove all the way to the store. However, we were calling for 2 days and no answer. I tried every department to get someone and nothing but a ring tone! I had even called human resource and guess what, another ring tone with no answer. I finally called the pharmacy and someone did pick up after many many rings and she didn't or wouldn't even page anyone to transfer me, when clearly in Walmart you are able to page someone. This is the most awful Walmart for customer service! Not impressed with this Walmart at all! Clearly there's enough employees bc I see many employees and even employees at registers and at customer service talking and twirling to show off and get attention!
Like everyone else, this Walmart is one of the worst. I shouldn’t have to drive to Canton to find something that they could easily stock here. Every time I come in this store, pallets and pallet jacks are either being flung around corners by rude associates, or are just plain left out in the aisles, in the middle of the work day. How is that we’re consistently stocking, yet have nothing on the shelves? I’ve been trying to find a present for my son for over 4 Weeks, yet they won’t restock little metal cars. I thought the whole point of the different hours was to 1. Restock the store and 2. Adhere to the Covid Protocols? (which we all know, hasn’t ever happened at this store) As I am typing this, I have been on the phone with said store for well over 10 minutes, with not a single person to help me. Why do we have associates standing around the self checkout if they aren’t actually DOING anything? Why is it when I have an online order to pick up, it hasn’t been picked up, nor has anyone tried to assist me when standing in that area.
