A manager walked up to me and my family muiltiple times asking if I was going to buy something. I had merchandise in my hand as he was harrasing me. He followed us around the store for atleast 30 minutes.
Clean, well stocked. Great help from pharmacy on finding urinary tract natural supplements.
Waited for 30 minutes in electronics for someone to help me get some games. The only workers I saw were either talking with their friends (not workers) or had their vests off. No one offered to help when I tried to flag them down. I used to work retail and the only time customers has to wait like I was was if we didn't want to help them. I'm going to be buying all my big ticket items online from other retailers from now on.

The customer does all the work. Shop, check out, and bag all your own stuff. No more interaction until they check your receipt. The personal touch is gone and no more friendly conversations. Lame. I shop here to save a buck abd the auto center is always behind due the lack of help.

Annie, you’re quite awful at your job. I have a hard time believing your job is to tell customers to go somewhere else because they don’t like being harassed by you. Do better.
I went to buy an Olay Retinol cream. Everything related to these creams were on shelves behind a glass locked. I asked a Walmart lady for help. She told me to push a bottom for help that was close to the locked Olay creams, so someone will come to help me. I touched the bottom several times after 15 minutes finally someone came. She took the Olay cream and told me she has to take it to the cashier, but she started to help someone else wanted to buy something from the same place where the Olay cream was. I walked to the cashier with other items I got. I told the cashier I also was buying a cream that one person from Walmart will bring to her. No ones arrived with the cream. After asking several times the cashier asked another cashier about the cream. She told her the women took it back, since she did not se me, even though I was there waiting for her. She was the one who stayed behind helping other clients. But no one moved a finger to go and get the cream for me! Very bad service and very bad actitud from the part of the workers. No one went to get the cream that was locked and I wanted to buy! Even when I complained no one care about it and no one went to get the cream. So my husband payed the bill, since we got tired of waiting for someone will go and bring the cream to us. The client service is terrible!! I will never buy Olay creams there again! I will buy them through Amazon. Walmart this is the way you are losing clients! You need better clients service! Another reason not to go to Walmart any more!!!
The customer service is AWFULLY TERRIBLE they treat customers like nobody’s and half the time they aren’t any help either. Do not buy non item foods from this place unless you want to deal with the attitudes of there workers when you choose to return something! They will make it a hassle for you. They never smile either at customer service this place is utter trash the old white woman specifically who worked todays morning customer service shift was very rude also:)

I returned a carpet cleaner I had previously purchased online to this store. They took the product and gave me a receipt, said the return would process in a few days... never did. I called customer service and they said the product was never received. I now have a receipt that means nothing, no product, and no refund. There goes $150.

They have a the biggest selection of gluten free I have ever seen at a grocery store. Most of the gluten free items are located in one place. So much easier than other grocery stores where I have to look through twenty brands to find the one that is gluten free.

I grew up in Stoughton and remember when Walmart was right by pick n save. I attended the grand opening, and have been to this location countless times. Last Wednesday I bought some boots as I usually do, for work. I work locally. Two days later, the boots were falling apart and I unfortunately couldn't find my receipt. I knew the exact time I was there and told them, but they were too lazy to try to help find the transaction. The heavier set woman with glasses and a ponytail at the customer service desk was VERY rude. I cut grass for a living, and I blew the shoes that I had used for a few days off with a leaf blower, and wiped them down. She commented immediately on how they smelled like a "barn yard" and proceeded to talk in a condescending manner throughout my attempted return. I'm very disappointed in my experience, as well as whoever is her manager. Luckily the Monona Walmart took the boots back with no problems. I'm definitely going to watch what I buy if I shop at this location again. Disgusting behavior. Receipts get lost.. they were bought a few days previous. I used to work in customer service, and that's not how you handle it.
