I had to eat here because of failed plans on Christmas.. chicken was good . however the hashbrowns were cold and burnt. I use to love their hashbrowns.. these were awful.. i had to sift through them to get ones that werent burnt and i orders extras in them.. could not hardly even find any extras.. clearly the hashbrowns werent what they use to be Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The best Waffle House on the planet 🌎 Always great food, service & enjoy it every time we go. We’ve never not been happy. Best breakfast in Oak Ridge over anywhere else!!! I ordered my food brought stuff I didn't want and it had a jelly that had crusted old food and butter which was touching my food.. waitress asked if I wanted my food remade and when I said yes she asked if I wanted it all or just part.. the other person with me had bacon that was past burnt.. when we asked to speak to the manager we were told we would have to wait as she was on the grill.. so what's the point of that she's the 1 who sent out food that was not ordered and bacon on a sandwich that wasn't edible.. when we went to leave the manager walked over to the register, looked at us, never said a word and turned to walk away.. being an AGM customer service and satisfaction are always number 1.. I don't like to leave negative feedback but this was a whopper. I hope that maybe her manager will reach out and let her know this is not acceptable and maybe some training will be in-store for all the employees.. Love this place and the workers here! We stop by nearly once a week, always great food and great service! Thank you! 8/28/23- update, still great service, always great food! 11/25/23 still very good service, I did receive some cold food this time but it was taken off the check which was nice Still recommend! The pumpkin spice waffles were awesome. Hubby enjoyed sausage and eggs with toast and hash browns.. Service was great too.I enjoyed the waffle so much I had another. The first waffle had whipped cream on it. I devoured it so fast I had to wait for the 2nd waffle to take a pic. But this time no whipped cream. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
