Great place that treats every aspect of a fine dining experience serieously. Welcoming, kind of 'old school' service: gentle, attentive, explanatory, formal but not too much. The staff is really doing their best to make you feel well cared for. The food is very upscale. French-style techniques with a modern twist and in our case mostly based around Slovakian ingredients. It was very well prepared and presented. The Wine pairing was excellent and well thought through. It was really nice to meet the chef afterwards, which gives you the chance to talk about what you just experienced. Thank you for a great evening, would dine here again any time. Just one note: the background music was sort of a typical spotify-modern-classics-as-pianocovers-playlist that repeated pretty often.
