We lived in Middleburg for 10 months. My wife and I ate here 5 times. In all 5 times we were never offered a refill of coffee. The food was good, but the service we received leaved a lot to be desired. So we patronized The Red Rooster in Danville instead at least 30 times. They gave us coffee refills there. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food was wonderful, I haven't seen sausage with kraut on a buffet in a long time and it was delicious! The salad bar was great too! Many,many years ago my dad would stop there on our way to lake Cumberland fishing. He would have me run in and buy a dozen biscuits and 2 center cut slices of country ham. These we would take with us for our supper while we fished and my oh my what a feast we had. County ham and homemade biscuits. I took my wife there for my birthday a day or two ago and one thing hasn't changed , thier country ham and biscuits. We had the country ham breakfast with all the trimmings. AAAA+ We are going to try the lunch buffet next time down as the fried catfish and fried chicken looked fabulous. Village Restaurant is a small town, friendly, everyone knows everyone kind of place. The staff is great and makes you feel at home the minute you walk in. The food is good whether you order from the menu or take advantage of the buffets they offer. The restaurant is clean and welcoming with a TV for those who want to watch, a patio if you want to dine outside, and plenty of seating inside. My wife and I stopped in on our way to Tennessee and so glad we did. We both got the country breakfast and the food was great as was the service and everyone was very friendly. This was our first time eating here but won’t be the last! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Pretty good food, all you can eat lunch. Friendly service that humoured the hot mess my coworker and I were 😂 Can't really complain. Would definitely go back if we are in the area.

My first visit here. This place was incredible. Great food. Great prices. Great service. I ordered from the menu and my husband ordered the all you can eat breakfast bar. The waitress even brought my 5 month old his own bowl of sasuage gravy and chocolate gravy because he was eating so much of his daddys! Just incredible experience. We will be back often.
