We went on a late lunch, so not crowded. Food was fantastic. Had the street corn, chimichurri asada, chips and salsa, and the chipotle enchiladas We also enjoyed a couple of cocktails. All of it was great. The salsas were not spicy, but had a really good flavor. The tacos had crisp fried onion strings and roasted bell peppers. I topped them with some of the green salsa as I really liked it. The wife loved the enchiladas. The beans and rice sides were also good. Not just an afterthought to a entree. Had the Mexican Martini, Mexican Lollipop, and the Watermelon Tajin cocktails. All were good. Will definitely come back. Great place to have a nice time, I really enjoyed my time there. Food was delicious and the drinks were amazing I love it. It's my bad, that I did not know this was a bar and not suited for children. When I found that the chef was steadfast on disallowing special needs, our waitress was gracious and understanding I give her a 10. I would have gladly paid extra for my child's order. This facility looks like a great place to go if you're an adult. However I wouldn't recommend family dining here. Great authentic Mexican food in what was a very quiet Galveston during the winter! Well needed tasty food after a long travel day with refillable sugary drinks to keep our kids awake. Friendly staff and the place was quite busy considering we hadn’t really seen anyone else outside in the area!
