Vitalii is an amazing server. He recognized me from my visit months earlier and remembered a food allergy I have. He gets the 5 stars as does the chef. I give the bar staff 1 star because the bar staff ignores the customers, and when on more than 1 visit we have to go to the bar 2 or 3 times to ask where our drinks are. And there was only one other occupied table in the restaurant each time. And then they get snippy and still don’t deliver. But the rest of the hotel staff is wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Really nice restaurant! Have a variety of salads, meats, and pastas plus much more. Waiters very professional and friendly! Located in Lyviv and joins the Swiss Hotel.

I would really like to thank the staff for their kindness. The gentleman out side the door was cary helpful. He helped us getting our baby stroller all the way in. The rest of the staff were very helpful too. For the food I ordered the Arrabbiata pasta which sadly wasn’t like what I expected. Just spicy tomato bits and was not saucy at all. The veal salad was very delicious! I liked it. The mushroom soup was warm and flavorful! You can never go wrong ordering it! Finally and sadly I don’t have a pic for was the Quattro formaggio pizza which was tasty! I really recommend this nice restaurant if you ever visit Lviv!

Everything is very clean and fancy. Staff is very pleasant. Food is good and a bit overpriced. They have a terrace on the 7-th floor opened in warm period of the year.

good food, but they prepare it too slowly (like in almost every restaurant in Ukraine). Service is nice, but i wish they had less fancy rituals and be more communicative instead. Generally I liked the place: music is pleasant, interior design too, and pasta with sea food is delicious (although, a bit too salty). I will definitely come back, but please, be a bit faster!
