I came all the way from England to try Adem Usta's food, it didn't disappoint. Anyone that knows their Kebabs will know that when you want to eat a well marinated style BBQ, people from URFA know what they are doing. Adem Usta's marinade was delicious. Super tender chicken, well cooked and fresh. A small place that packs a big punch when it comes to flavour town. I wish I could try all the items on the menu, till next. Mekanda sadece Tavuk kanat yedim. Sos hafif tuzlu geldi sanırım salçadan biraz azaltılabilir ama çok iyi pişmişti,hatta iyi pişsin diye kol kısımlarına bile bıçak atılmış,beğendim.Eşlikçi olarak sadece küçük bir tabak salata vardı.Ama zaten tavuk çok doyurucu,yani yetiyor.Tamamen salaş bir yer ama çok makul bir fiyat ödedim. Bunun iki katı ödeyip lezzetsiz bir kanat yemeyin gelin deneyin derim.Mekanda ayrıca kebap ve dönerde var.Afiyet olsun Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

İzmir alaçatı'da yaşıyorum �zmir'e her uğradığımda Urfa dürüm evine gelmeden yapamıyorum çünkü çok lezzetli ve çok iştah açıcı özellikle Adem Usta'nın ellerinden daha da güzel bir lezzet ortaya çıkıyor İzmir'e geldiğiniz zaman uğramanızı tavsiye ederim çok teşekkürler. Alsancakta, nadir bulunan kebapçılardan bir tanesi. Adana dürüm+su 65 lira ödedim. Dürümlerin tadı gerçekten güzel fakat küçük doyurucu değil.

Wow , also Geschmacklich absolut super. Die Hähnchen werden auf Kohle gegrillt der Salat frisch zubereitet. Das Fladenbrot ist ebenfalls richtig schmackhaft. Hier komme ich gerne her und bringe auch Freunde zum essen her. Das Ambiente ist einfach gehalten und eher Street Food aber genau das macht es charmant.

100% recommend! I stayed in Izmir for vacation for one week and this was my favorite place to eat. Less fancy, but more so authentic… the real deal! They serve several grilled chicken dishes and Adana Kebap. Everything is really juicy, tender and well seasoned! You have to go if you’re hungry and in the Alsancak area. Prices were Around 27-29 TL for a plate and around 15-17 TL for dürüm. Staff speaks little to no English, but they are super friendly!

Top Essen zum günstigen Preis!!! Urfa Dürüm hat mir sehr gefallen. Ich war mit meinem Freund für eine Woche in Alsancak und wir haben viele Restaurants und Imbisse ausprobiert. Wir kamen immer wieder zu Urfa zurück. Das Fleisch ist einfach das zarteste und saftigste. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Schönes Ambiente, direkt an der Einkaufspassage Kıbriş Şehitleri. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
