This is my second visit with my family and I have been very impressed with the staff and quality of the food both times. The first time our server, Mohammed, was exceptional. He was gracious, attentive, and extremely professional. On that visit, multiple staff checked on us to make sure we were happy with our dinner. Tonight, on our second visit, our server was Elena and she was also kind and helpful. Mohammed happened to be walking by our table and he recognized my family and welcomed us back.
The food is excellent quality and our meals were 1/2 off because of their Monday night specials. Top that off with ample parking and no wait to be seated... it is a perfect place for a stress free family dinner.

We can't rate food since we weren't seated. My husband raved about this place and I had high hopes. We were greeted perfunctorally and host told us that restaurant was preparing for large party in an hour (!) and werent seatinfg anyone.. There was no sign on door warning diners away. Not sure I would try this place again.

My wife and I love this place. We've only tried a few of the many different items on the menu but everything has been well-prepared and delicious. Today I tried the salmon, with broccoli and rice and a side caesar salad. You wouldn't think a mainly Italian place would do so well on the fish but they did. The server, Saul, was also very attentive and so was his dad (Saul Sr.) who greeted us and checked back with us later. It's a comfortable atmosphere, rarely crowded though it should be based on the food. We noticed a new (for us) vegan pizza option, which we'll return for. Overall, high marks indeed.

I never dined in at an Unos, up until that point and there was a reason why, however my review tonight is concerning the management! My Girlfriend dined at Unos with me, she needed to use the restroom, she fell in the restroom, when we reported it to the “Manager” all he was concerned about was if she was drunk and if we were going to sue the restaurant. Clearly the restaurant is like a ghost town, like all other dwindling chain restaurants, then he asked if he should call 911. Clearly he lacked empathy, emotion, basically he appeared to be stoic and didn’t give a damn! Someone has to pay for her chipped tooth, yes I emailed Corporate and I will not stop until the cost and damages are paid for. No free meal, no apology, NOTHING! Boycott this restaurant, there are better options elsewhere, I will NEVER step foot back into that establishment again! Good day!

My family and I went to this location for dinner. The host threw the menu in front of me instead of placing it in my hand when I reached for it. No one came to wait on our table. The wait staff and manager just stared at us. Two waitress fought over who would wait our tables. By then my family decide to leave and go elsewhere. We were the only African Americans in that room.
