I ate there before and the food and drinks weren't bad, but what makes the experience shocking is that you are greeted by a security guard upon entry. I understand why, but it ruins the overall experience of wanting to dine there. Find and read the menu before you visit. Right off the bat, prices are way too high. This is not some 5 star restaurants. Customer service and food was horrible. Where can I begin🤔? First off, we ordered the fried ravioli as an appetizer. Food was lukewarm, then was giving no utensils until I had to ask. No refill soda, no were we asked the whole time while there. Wife's birthday and I begged her to go to unos (my fave spot). Talking about pissed, she ordered the steak med well with no shrimp. She got over cooked steak with the shrimp we didn't want. I ordered the deep dish pizza, now the funny part was she brought it out using the grips for the pan. Now it used to be piping hot, but this time I could touch it with my hands. My pizza was warm, could have been close to room temp, so I'm guessing it was sitting near oven to stay warm but I bet it's been sitting. And still NO REFILS, not even the water. Even the to go bix for my pizza was a joke, I get cut backs but damn, $120 bills for things we didn't order or received was a bit much. So all in all, some major changes need to take place before I even considering patreon this place🤷😒. Part 2: went there today Nov 21st 2023 and the pizza was back on point food was hot and service was fast.
