Unfortunately, UNOs is a dying breed here in the DMV area, but just because the franchises have dried up doesn't mean the quality of service is gone. Our waitress took care of us from start to finish and the table was taken care of. I really enjoyed the customized deep dish pizza and the Caesar salad. Take a break from some of the other major chains. Put on some comfortable clothes and go to it yourself. You'll enjoy it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great dinner experience here with 2 kiddos!! The service was great, food came out quick and tasted great. We went in burger night on Wednesday and had the bacon cheddar burger and beyond burger for $9.99 each. They were both great! My 5 year old decided that he wanted to have a pizza pie for his birthday! So that’s what we did, our service was amazing. Loved our waitress she was attentive, polite, and provided us with whatever we needed. The food was ok, not the worst and not the best. It’s been a very long time since we have been to UNO’s and honestly I understand why. Nothing memorable about the food and nothing exciting enough to make us want to come back to experience more. Haven’t been to an Uno’s in many, many years. Wasn’t sure it’d be the same but glad I decided to go. We had an early basic dinner. The food was fresh and everything tasted good. Our waiter was nice and checked on us frequently. Overall, it’s clearly obvious this restaurant is organized and being managed very well. The days of that is long gone it just doesn’t really exist anymore, so it was refreshing to see an establishment who still cares!

I had a Burger Meal with Sweet Potato fries. Asked for the burger medium well and it was AH-MAZING! My wife opted for Pizza and she was not disappointed either. The drinks and desert were just icing on an already top tier cake!!! We drove about 40 minutes to come to this spot and will GLADLY do the drive anytime! This place was extraordinary! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and cozy environment with welcoming staff at the door. We were immediately sat down at a clean and prepped table, and were waited apon by a very kind lady. We ordered a deep dish pizza, and it came out a bit smaller than we expected. Other than the portion per person, the cheese was stretchy and delicious, the seasoning was absolutely delectable. I would come here again, would recommend and will be back! I've never believed in the tipping system of restaurants. I believe it is demeaning to be dependent on a person's whim whether to be paid for the services that they render. It is especially because of this that I make sure that I never short change the servers, because they are not to be blamed for the system that we have. I bring this up because when your own child works in the system, you notice more things. Serving is hard work. You are on your feet the entire time constantly moving and carrying things, talking and engaging with customers even though you are mentally and physically tired. My child tells me of his work and all of the things that happen to him. To my shock, he tells me of how often people leave without leaving any tips at all. I am sure most people know that servers make couple of dollars an hour from the restaurant and the rest is made in tips. If you are unaware of that, I am not sure what world you live in. Almost without fail, there is at least one table (usually a decent size one) that leaves without leaving a single penny every night. Some, just $1. It's not due to lack of service either as they usually thank him as they leave. Pretty amazing that this happens so often. Even while we were there, there was a family with a bill over $120 and they left without leaving a tip. I am not sure how he keeps his smile on his face and continue to serve all night after being snubbed in such a way Having said all of that, we had a great time eating there being served by a handsome and charismatic young server. We order a deep dish pizza, some wings, and a pitcher of beer. The pitcher of Fat Tire beer I believe cost $15 and came in a rather large pitcher. I realized that there appears to be a frozen metal container in the middle of the pitcher that makes the volume of the beer to look more than it actually is. It did keep the beer cold throughout the meal and we got 5 full cups out of it so that was great. The pizza came out nice and hot and it was delicious. We ordered the Numero Uno deep dish pizza. I asked my son for the style of wings recommendation. He recommended something but I thought it was weak in terms of the spiciness level. He should know me better. Not sure where I went wrong in his upbringing. But the crispiness and texture was good! It was a double order and needless to say, we did not leave any wings behind. So that would explain the 4 instead of 5 stars. If they added an extra spicy level to their wings, I would bring it up to 5.

I’m going to start off by saying I am not the biggest fan of chain pizza restaurants. However this restaurant has some of the best pizza I have ever had and definitely the best chain pizza restaurant. The crust on the pizza is thick which fills you up, there is lots of grease on the Chicago pizza which adds to the taste of it. Also their staff is nice , and the rest of their food is pretty good like their desserts, and There pasta.

Wife had the marinara cavatapi pasta with broccoli but the broccoli came out completely raw in the dish. We asked him to steam some up and we mixed it in later. I had the shrimp scampi over spaghetti. It is a thin spaghetti. Not quite angel hair though. The scampi and sauce had a lot of flavor and I end up eating the entire dish.
