Terrible servicé worker named Mia was so rude and inconsiderate for someone else's business she rudely made me aware that they closed at 11 and all I could get from dairy was scoops of ice cream because she didn't want to clean up again it was 9:15! and isnt thar her job to make money and keep a clean atmosphere guess I'll shop elsewhere for shakes .. pretty sure Mr. Linder wouldn't be happy
Store closed 9/11/23 at 1115pm. At least signs were posted on door, " store closed due to low staff". I did feel bad for people who walked their for convenience and walked away with nothing.
I went here about a week ago, and someone almost T-boned me as I was pulling into my parking space. She pulls a gun on me after she nearly hits my car. The woman did this right in front of her child, and the police in Mt healthy are just as useless as the police in Price Hill... If you're white, stop somewhere else.
Stopped in for my usual gas station breakfast and grabbed a couple of roller grill sausage and egg tornados. They looked a little toasted but I didn't figure on them being completely hard on one side and pretty much not edible. I'd say the employees need a refresher in roller grill cooking.....or maybe they just don't care.
Our local UDF stores try to maintain a great quality of cleanliness and customer service that is a bit family-centric. It is imperative that as we move into the next phase of our workforce, we remember to practice patience and grace. I enjoy most UDF Stores because of these principles. The reason for 4 stars is to be mindful of the conversation, young people, when customers are in your location. Also, inventory concerns are not meant to be displayed on the counter. If you have bad product discard and post discretion is key to great customer experiences and continued as well as new business acquisition.
Very rude and lazy workers, I noticed about four to five different employees at the place at this time, most of them was doing nothing, nothing was replaced just about everything was empty as far as Cubs straws etc, to top it all off at checkout, I tried to pay with $100 bill I was already getting $60 in fuel with coffee, donuts, new lighter, pushing the total well over $70 still they refused to accept the hundred, I did have lower denominator in bills but was not enough for the total of my bill. I was exactly $1.50 short, a gentleman behind me gave me a dollar, I had 25 cents in my pocket they still would not allow me to purchase or accept my money. Imagine having about $170 in your pocket in cash and can't buy anything pretty sure there's a law about accepting All American tinder, I will not be back!
The kids that work here are pretty lazy. Most of them sit around and talk while others are doing their job. Management needs to crack down on this or hire some people that will work and not be lazy.

We are not from the area, just cutting through on our trip, but these guys deserve a moment of praise. Super quick to help each customer, quickly, efficiently, and nicely. Good job guys!
I am pretty sure the LINDER FAMILY would be livid and disappointed if they knew they made an invest by building this nicely remodeled UDF just for some LAZY KIDS (Yes, I called y’all’ children)not put fresh coffee out. This store always has an excuse per season LOL. In the winter time, the coffee machines don’t work. HOW? Just be honest… Say we don’t feel like cleaning the pots, putting scoops of coffee ground in some filters, and pressing some buttons (I’ve worked in fast food). Wait till the summer, All 14 of the frozen drinks will be broken. This is why Mount Healthy never has anything nice.
**Update** 02/23/22:The hours are WRONG! It’s now a guessing game of “Is UDF open?” Theres a 50/50 chance… GOOD LUCK.
