I come to the Perry Hall location frequently and all I can say is they are Amazing 🤩. I was there on Friday Feb 23 and I purchased Açaí bowl. I just visited this location for a quick bite in between classes. The main area was very tidy, the staff were friendly and greeted with a smile. I got a smoothie and peanut butter banana crunch wrap, both were delicious. I would’ve preferred a little more banana on my wrap to even out the thickness of the peanut butter but I’ll be sure to request for extra banana next time. Thank you for great service! Did not feel welcome there. I will not return. I must point out that I was not there recently, but I was at a business next door. The last time I was there was about two years ago and I didn't have a good memorable experience so I never returned. The smoothie wasn't that good either. I guess I'm a Smoothie King junkie. The app was malfunctioning and submitted my order/charged me multiple times, I went into the store (this location) to get it resolved and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful! It’s great that they were so accommodating to help get this figured out, especially because the Tropical Smoothie Café app is not something they control.
