The people that work at this location are absolutely phenomenal individuals overall. I always get a good vibe from them and they are always very welcoming friendly polite and attentive. I drive 7 miles to come to this location just because of the service. I have one walking distance to my house but they have horrible customer service and the way they make the smoothies just isn’t quite right. Nice selection of smoothies and sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Very clean. They have breakfast all day.

First, tropical smoothie as a chain is delicious. Decent food, great smoothies. Second, a note on this particular store. Management should be very proud of their business and especially their staff. They are the textbook definition of efficiency. They are well trained and seem happy to work there. Every time I walk in, my drink is already made and I'm greeted with smiling faces. This is not the case at all tropical smoothie stores but Dunn Loring nails it every time. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

I have officially become a regular. Most of the staff know my order now and some know me by name. I have become a regular because the Bahama Mama and ham on 9 grain bread are killer. Smoothy and sandwich are always perfectly made and terrific flavor. All ingredients are high quality, fresh and you can tell they are made with care. The space is well designed, visually interesting and clean. Staff seem genuinely happy working there and they generously put up with my eccentricities. The spot has duende.

Definitely one of my favorite places to come to for a quick, healthy snack. The store is always clean and the staff is always pleasant to deal with. This time however they went above and beyond for me. I had accidentally ordered online from a different location. Once I came in, manager Mari was quick to help me out by calling the other store, canceling that order, and quickly had it made for me! Definitely always a great experience at Tropical Smoothie

Staff are always friendly and smiling. Great Atmosphere. Shakes are always on point and looks very clean. Nothing is hidden for your own eyes to see. There is one guy there I don't know his name but he seems to be handling everything from cooking, taking orders, dealing with packaging, hats off to him. Get this man a raise, more locations need positive staff as such as this spot.
