Placed a mobile order last Saturday. When I arrived there were out of pineapple. An order of fruit had just arrived (as an employee communicated to me) yet no one offered to go get the pineapple. I simply asked that they cancel the order, to which they said no one on site could process a refund from the mobile app, but they wrote out a refund note and texted a copy to the manager. That was over a week ago and still no refund. I paid for two smoothies, received nothing, and no refund. I won’t be back! Gerald, have great service. Me and my friends didn’t know anything and he helped us with our order and that motivated me to apply for this job because that’s the leadership and people you need. Jasmine and Shakyria were very helpful with assisting me in any questions I had regarding certain items. They went above and beyond to explain the difference between whey protein and pea protein. I truly appreciate their assistance and overall kindness. Would highly recommend this location!
