I usually go to the one in blue ash and they always get the order right never had a bad experience. But today o tried the Loveland one and was not satisfied. They forgot chia seeds then looked at me as if I forgot to ask when it was clearly on the cup ( moving too fast) plus my drink never be loose and it was loose and watery and he dumped it back in the pitcher and just added the chia seeds and re blinded it which my chia seeds weren’t even blinded in at all!!!! When usually I finish my drink from blue ash before I even make it home I couldn’t even finish this one and it’s expensive not to enjoy so 2/10 don’t recommend this location.

I don’t know if it’s just Loveland’s store, but they’re smoothies always taste like flavored fruit water. I make smoothies at home and know that their must only be like 2 strawberries and a few slices of banana in a whole smoothie. Your smoothies are very lackluster lately. Needs more flavor, more sustenance.
