This was the first time ordering from this location, and let me say NEVER again. I ordered food and smoothies and never received the smoothies, nor 2 of the 5 wraps we ordered for lunch. I used ubereats and now being told they basically lied and informed them that everything was in the order. The delivery himself asked them was this everything, and was told to let us know they had no smoothies. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE SMOOTHIES at a smoothie place!!! Not to mention the wraps were so messy and the wrappers were all ova the place. There was food in the bag. I eat Tropical smoothie regularly, but not from here. I will never order from this location again. Talk about taking peoples hard earned money for absolutely nothing! This location needs to get better staff or better management. I went in to place an order for a jetty punch I placed my order first. The lady proceeded to take 4 orders after me. Then she made all 4 of those people’s order before mine. I placed my order first, I asked why she was making mine last she said it was cause they had 2 blenders. I said there being 2 blenders has nothing to do with you making my order last. She proceeded to get rude and said that’s since I was being rude for asking why mine was being made last , now she’s definitely going to make mine last. Took the blender with my smoothie in it and sat it to the side while she proceeded to do more orders. It took me 20 minutes and having to wait for everyone else that ordered after me getting theirs first before she made mine. Then the other lady working with her came over and start being rude and arguing as well. The 2 ladies that were working on 2-17-24 at 11:30 need fired or the very least written up. It was an African American lady with braids and mixed girl neither of which would tell me there name by the way. I come here all the time to get smoothies for my business and will not be returning as long as those ladies are the ones working. Not to mention they both headphones in the entire time. Update: Had a bad experience the first time, was given a gift card after contacting Tropical Smoothie Cafe online and tried again at their location and had a much better dining experience.
