I am a fan of this tropical smoothie and a big regular. I spend a lot of money there. Food is delicious. Smoothies ate wonderful. I’m not sure what happened on Feb 10th, 2024, around 2:15 pm. I placed an order for a dilla and a smoothie. Whoever made my smoothie, overfilled the cup so that the top was not fully on it and I ended up with green smoothie all over my car. They also forgot to give me a straw so in the process of trying to stop the green mayhem, I only made it worse in my car wide search for a straw. It’s surprising to have an issue like this since this place is always perfect. New employee maybe?

Me and my husband go to tropical smoothie everyday of our life’s in Kentucky. We decided on vacation to stop by this one. The smoothies tasted like old fruit and freezer brunt & water down and no flavor. This is very disappointing considering we are tropical smoothie top customers everyday.
