The BLT's on homemade wheat was superb (added avocado) ~ it was honestly almost too thick to bite! My other neighbor got the same & it was inches thick with bacon! 😋 My Friend ordered some kind of (I truly should've asked the name) Portobello shroom cap with cheese & maybe an oil & vinegar (? .. I dunno) yumminess on a homemade ciabatta bread that I got a snapshot & a taste of... the bread was scrumptious!! I actually saved 1/2 of my huge BLTA & finished off her bread that had soaked up the shrooms juices & whatever they put on it 😆😎💜 Superb day to eat xllnt food made by some lovely ladies locally 😘 Addendum; the homemade garlic sourdough bread is to die for with cloves of garlic spread throughout ~ Soo delicious!! 🤤 💜😋

Food excellent!!! Women run bakery. A jewel to have in the Cave Junction community. Every breakfast, coffee I've had is excellent. Trillium Bakery is what America used to look like. Hopping with locals stopping for lunch. We had pastries, coffee, and a carnitas lunch special. Sad not to try the house-made sandwich bread. Everything was excellent. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A definite must if you find yourself in Cave Junction. Fresh, homemade everything!! It was delicious!! This was the special, breakfast tostada with pork carnitas...flavor explosion!!
